About Us

The Randz Training Solution

With 7 years of unwavering dedication, we proudly stand as experts in the field of skills development and training. Our extensive experience in collaborating with SETAs and successfully implementing a wide range of programs, including apprenticeships, learnerships, internships, and more, sets us apart. We are 100% black owned and managed. We are located in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Skills development is recognized as a critical component of South Africa’s transformation and economic growth. Non-profitable organizations, public and private training institutions are urged by the government to prioritize scarce and critical skills. Companies are encouraged to spend money on training their workforce. To achieve the scale and sustainability required to address the skills shortage, a more collaborative and concerted effort is required.

In this quest of transformation through skills development, The Randz has marked a number of opportunities which are mostly seen as extended services, however, they form part of the critical components of skills development and training. Such opportunities cover learner recruitment, learner placement, mentorship/monitoring during in-service training, project monitoring and evaluation, project coordination and management and etc. These really needs an undivided attention to ensure 100% delivery on any training project.

With the skills and vast experience present at The Randz, various solutions were established to ensure compliance; performance and a continuous improvement on assigned training project. In essence, our main purpose of existence is to leverage on the gaps identified in the skills development and training sector between SETA’s, training providers, beneficiaries, corporate business and many others within the sector.
